Since 2014, Vytalize Health has been on a journey to accelerate the transition to value-based care for patients by taking care of the doctors who take care of us. Here’s what happened at Vytalize in 2023: we innovated, we grew and last, but certainly not least, we forged relationships and strengthened connections.
The average Vytalize REACH ACO Shared Savings bonus exceeded $125,000 per practice!
Partner providers and practices found success in Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Realizing Equity, Access and Community Health (REACH) program.

We expanded our network to bring high-quality care to more patients.
In April, we announced the acquisition of Independent Physician Association (IPA) of New York, one of the country’s largest IPAs. The acquisition was the result of a longtime partnership between Vytalize and IPA NY and has since facilitated our expansion into Medicare Advantage, commercial plans, Medicaid, and multi-specialty care.
We were recognized for our enormous growth in February, August and November by several companies and publications:

In May, we were thrilled to be named among honorees on Inc. Magazine’s 2023 Best Workplaces list, a testament to the passion we have for our people. There is nothing that Vytalize champions more (aside from healthcare, of course) than a corporate culture that is rooted in kindness, fosters collaboration and promotes inclusivity.
We shared our thoughts on the power and impact of value-based care:
We found new ways to connect with current and potential partners.
In March, we launched Vytalize University to provide on-demand continuing education and foundational value-based care learning.
From June to July, we hosted a series of webinars to help providers and healthcare decision makers better understand the whys behind value-based care and learn how Vytalize can provide the tools and resources to support a smooth transition.
In November, we launched the first of a series of Connected Community events, designed to foster relationships between primary care providers and specialists.
December saw the launch of our Monthly Insider at Vytalize newsletter that includes exclusive Vytalize content, tips and best practices, and the latest developments with Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).
